What do we need from you?
1. Decide on your Domain name http://www.yourdomainname.co.za
2. You may choose 5 email addresses. Please advise us of the email addresses you would like to use eg.
info@yourdomainname.co.za admin@yourdomainname.co.za jill@yourdomainname.co.za etc.
Please also let me know if you wish to have a password for each of these email address.
3. Requirements for the website layout.
A. Where should the menu be situated. The options are:
1. Above the header 2. Below the header 3. On the left of the webpage 4. On the right of the webpage
B. How many columns do you need 1 or 2.
C. Do you need a gallery of pictures on every page (as on this page) or do you want a menu link to a gallery.
D. What menu options do you need, and the titles. i.e. Home, Contact Us, About us, Links, Products, Services...
Please provide me with the Menu titles.
E. Do you have a logo? Either provide me with the dimensions of your logo, or email the logo to me. If you don't have a logo I
will provide you with the dimensions and you can have one designed.
Now we can get started
Once you have all this information we can get started.
The Procedure
Email your requirements and domain name. It takes approx 24 hours for the domain name to be registered. There after I will start on the design.
The costs
R120 for domain registration per year.Design and installation ‐ R2000 if the site is hosted with Kids News.
Our servers all have the same environment , the required software is installed, and we can fully support this efficiently. This is the reason
we can design and install a website for you at such a reasonable price and within a short turnaround time.
Having said that the website can be transfered easily.

A site designed to be hosted elsewhere – R3000
You will be able to test the site on our servers, we will provide you with a zip file which you can give to your hosting company to be uploaded and installed.
Training & support once the website has been completed ‐ ask about a support package. You can pay per hour, or purchase a monthly contract.
